Hannah Hoon
Director of Client Strategy
Hannah is the founder of InHaus and the strategic brain behind every client partnership. She started the studio on a simple belief: most businesses don’t need more marketing — they need the right marketing, done consistently and with intention. With over a decade of experience and a background spanning relationship-driven real estate marketing and large-scale digital strategy for brands like Pearle Vision, LensCrafters, and Target Optical, she brings boutique care and big-brand thinking to every project. Her superpower is becoming a true extension of her clients’ teams — learning their voice so deeply she can operate as if she is them, which is exactly why so many clients say “Hannah’s got it.” When she’s not deep in a brand strategy doc, you’ll find her in Clarendon Hills with her husband (and very soon, baby #1), spending time with her 12, soon to be 13, nieces and nephews, on a long walk, or chasing down a brown sugar shaken espresso.

Cristian Perez
Founder of HusCP, Videographer/Photographer
Christian is the founder of HusCP — InHaus’s sister studio and Chicago’s go-to for photography and videography. He started his first company and factory at 18 in Minneapolis, and learned photography on the job before launching HusCP in 2019. What started as real estate photography has grown into a full-service studio handling commercial work, headshots, video, and everything in between. His favorite part? Getting to experience a new industry every week. Off the clock, he’s on a golf course, designing his home interior, or fueling up on cold brew — and he’ll happily out-history-trivia you any day of the week.

Elle Rashid
Website Designer & Lead Operations Manager
Elle is the designer, developer, and operational force that keeps InHaus running like clockwork. A University of Iowa grad and former data analyst, she joined InHaus to build the kind of websites and systems that make brands run better — and bring big strategic thinking to every detail. Her superpower is teaching herself anything. Her motto? If someone else can do it, she can do it, which means she’s part designer, part developer, part IT department, and full-time sidekick to Hannah. When she’s not designing sites or fixing what’s broken, she’s on a pickleball court, hanging with her dog Gigi, or fueling up on oat milk lattes.

Annie Hoon
Operations & Client Success Manager
Annie keeps InHaus running smoothly behind the scenes — managing financial operations, client relationships, and the internal organization that makes a small team feel like a well-oiled machine. Before InHaus, she spent years as a customer service representative at Agile Health, where she managed digital health programs for clients like Walmart. Her superpower? Organization. From closets to client documents, no project is too big or too small. Bonus: she’s also Hannah’s sister-in-law, which means InHaus runs on family energy in the best possible way. When she’s not at her desk, you’ll find her on walks with her husband and two little girls, indulging her serious sweet tooth, or reminding everyone she once won a red hair and freckle contest at an Irish Feis.

Matilda Geffen
Graphic Design Intern
Matilda is our graphic design intern and the creative spark behind a lot of what you see on our feeds and in client decks. A University of Alabama grad with a BA in Advertising & Communications, she brings energy, ideas, and a knack for content, branding, and imagery to every project. She’s originally from Frederick, Maryland, now based in Talladega, Alabama with her rescue dog Nala. Off the clock, she’s painting ceramics, reading outdoors, or deep into a Bravo binge — fueled entirely by iced caramel macchiatos with cold foam. Fun fact: her entire family is deaf, so she’s fully fluent in sign language!
